Luger Pistols
Manufacturer: Deutsche Waffen- und Munitionsfabriken (DWM) was the first major producer, starting in 1900. Design: Patented by Georg Luger, it's a recoil-operated pistol featuring a unique toggle-lock mechanism instead of a traditional slide. Caliber: While initially introduced in 7.65mm Parabellum, the 9x19mm Parabellum (9mm Luger) became its most famous chambering.
